Terms of Service

Rules for using
Logisbot

By interacting with Logisbot — in any Discord server, via the web dashboard, or through any integrated platform — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

Effective September 9, 2026 Discord Dev Policy GDPR Art. 17(3)(e) Unilateral Enforcement
§1

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the operator of Logisbot ("we", "us", or "our"). "User" includes individual Discord members, server owners, server administrators, and any organization deploying or benefiting from Logisbot in their community.

Use of Logisbot in any capacity — including passively receiving roles or XP through a server where it is deployed — constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. Continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

§2

Right to Remove Access

! We reserve the unilateral right to immediately suspend, revoke, restrict, or permanently terminate access for any user, server, guild, or organization at any time, with or without prior notice, and without incurring any liability.

This right applies to — but is not limited to — the following triggers:

  • Infrastructure abuse, API flooding, or any attack against Logisbot's systems or dependent services.
  • Operating sybil campaigns, multi-account farming, or coordinated manipulation of community reward systems.
  • Defrauding, manipulating, or exploiting server economies, giveaways, or voting systems.
  • Violation of the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, or the Discord Developer Policy.
  • Any conduct described in §4 (Prohibited Conduct).

2.1 — Immediate enforcement actions

Server-level
Removal of bot from the offending server
Blacklisting the Guild ID from re-adding the bot
Permanent forfeiture of all guild configurations, XP trees, and subscription perks
User-level
Global blacklisting of the Discord User ID across all guilds
Wipe of all accumulated XP, role progression, and submitted credentials
Reporting to Discord Trust & Safety where platform rules are implicated
§3

Paid Accounts & Refund Policy

Where Logisbot offers paid tiers, server subscriptions, or feature licenses, the following terms apply unconditionally.

3.1 — Termination for cause

We reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate, or suspend any paid account, server subscription, or feature license if the account holder or any affiliated user violates these Terms. Termination for cause takes effect immediately upon our determination of a violation, with or without prior notice.

NO REFUND Strict policy — no exceptions

3.2 — No-refund rule

No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits will be issued if access or a subscription is terminated due to violations of these Terms or service abuse — regardless of the remaining subscription period, days elapsed, or any other circumstance.

3.3 — Forfeiture of accumulated perks

Upon termination for cause, all accumulated server perks, premium feature configurations, allocated credits, and guild-specific subscription benefits are permanently and irrecoverably forfeited. No restoration will be provided upon re-application.

§4

Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited. Violation of any clause below constitutes grounds for immediate enforcement under §2.

4.1 Sybil Attacks & Multi-Account Farming
  • Using alternate accounts, bot fleets, or coordinated collusion to farm XP, tokens, or giveaway entries.
  • Manipulating community votes, rating queues, or submission scoring through coordinated multi-account action.
  • Circumventing cooldowns, rate limits, or account-level bans by creating or using replacement accounts.
4.2 Credential Spoofing & Identity Fraud
  • Submitting wallet addresses (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Ronin, ImmutableX, Aptos, Sui, or any other chain) that you do not own or control.
  • Submitting social media handles, OAuth-linked identities, or profile fields belonging to another person.
  • Selling, leasing, renting, or trading verified, whitelisted, or permissioned accounts to circumvent eligibility requirements.
4.3 Technical Exploits, DoS & API Abuse
  • High-frequency command flooding or distributed denial-of-service attacks against Logisbot's infrastructure or Discord's API.
  • Injection attacks — including SQL, NoSQL, script injection, or CSV/Excel formula injection via profile fields or task proof submissions (e.g. payloads beginning with = + - @).
  • Evading API rate limits through rotating proxies, VPNs, or automated account cycling.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with Logisbot's codebase, database, or authentication mechanisms.
4.4 Unauthorized Automation
  • Using self-bots, headless Discord token clients, auto-clicker software, or Discord macros to automate interactions.
  • Simulating voice stage or channel presence to falsely accumulate attendance XP without genuine participation.
  • Scripting or automating submission pipelines to bypass manual verification or task proof requirements.
4.5 Malware & Harmful Submissions
  • Submitting files, links, or content containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or any malicious code through task proof fields or profile submissions.
  • Submitting phishing URLs, scam links, or fraudulent referral schemes through any bot input field.
4.6 Harassment, Staff Impersonation & Bad-Faith Reporting
  • Impersonating Logisbot operators, server staff, or Discord employees through profile fields, submissions, or in-server communications.
  • Filing fraudulent, retaliatory, or coordinated false reports through downvote queues, moderation systems, or complaint channels.
  • Doxxing, harassing, or intimidating other users, server administrators, or Logisbot operators.
4.7 Circumvention of Enforcement
  • Creating or using alternate Discord accounts to re-enter servers or systems from which you have been banned or blacklisted.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or IP rotation specifically to evade enforcement actions or blacklists.
  • Assisting another user in circumventing enforcement actions applied to their account.
§5

Anti-Sybil Security Ledger

To prevent fraudulent re-registration following enforcement actions, Logisbot maintains a permanent, append-only cryptographic security ledger. When a credential is submitted — such as a wallet address or social media handle — it is converted into a one-way HMAC-SHA256 hash using a confidential server-side secret. This hash is mathematically irreversible and cannot be decoded to recover your original credential.

5.1 — Legal basis for permanent retention

Under GDPR Article 17(3)(e) (fraud prevention and establishment of legal claims) and Discord Developer Policy §2.c (legitimate security interests), these pseudonymized hashes are retained indefinitely — including after a cleartext data purge — and are not subject to the right to erasure.

5.2 — Effect on enforcement

A deactivated or banned account's credential hashes remain active in the vault. This permanently blocks those credentials from being re-registered on a new or alternate account, preventing sybil evasion through credential rotation. This retention is a technical necessity to maintain community reward integrity, not a punitive measure.

5.3 — Consent by use

By submitting any wallet address, social handle, or OAuth-linked identity to Logisbot, you acknowledge and consent to this permanent pseudonymized retention as a condition of participation in the anti-sybil protection system.

§6

Disclaimer of Warranties

Logisbot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss, corruption, attack, or other security intrusion. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or Discord platform outages may result in service unavailability for which we bear no liability.

§7

Third-Party Server Governance

Logisbot is a tool deployed at the discretion of individual Discord server owners and administrators. We are not a party to any agreement, dispute, or transaction between a server operator and its community members — including the distribution of tokens, prizes, whitelist spots, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other reward or incentive.

We accept no liability for any failure by a server operator to deliver promised rewards, for disputes arising from role or XP allocation decisions made by server administrators, or for any loss suffered by a community member as a result of a server operator's actions or inactions.

Community members with disputes about rewards or governance should contact the relevant server's administrative team directly. Logisbot operators have no authority over and no visibility into individual server reward policies.

§8

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Logisbot operator and any associated developers, contributors, and infrastructure providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of or access to Logisbot.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
  • Any conduct you submit, transmit, or enable through the service that causes damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your access to the service.

§9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Logisbot operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Logisbot.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

§10
